About Us

My work lives at the intersection of personal transformation and collective liberation. I support people, teams, and organizations to embody leadership that is intentional, imaginative, and deeply human.

With nearly 15 years of cross-sector experience as a social impact strategist, DEI leader, and facilitator, I bring a grounded understanding of people and systems into a coaching practice that is both solution-focused and soulful. I’ve worked with organizations across the non-profit, public, and private sectors to develop inclusive cultures and strategies, strengthen leadership capacity, and translate values into practical, sustainable action.

As a certified coach, I bring a lens of compassion, curiosity, and creativity to helping clients connect more deeply with themselves and their purpose. I’m passionate about creating spaces where people can expand their awareness, align their actions with their values, and cultivate the conditions for meaningful and lasting change.

I am fueled by the understanding that change is both inevitable and full of possibility. When we honour the wholeness of each person and actively envision the futures we want to see, we open endless pathways for transformation – within ourselves, and for the collective. 

My practice weaves together neuro-embodied coaching, liberatory leadership frameworks, and a deep trust in human creativity and wholeness. I approach this work as both an art and a discipline: an ongoing practice of learning, unlearning, and reimagining what life and leadership can look like when rooted in care, alignment, and collective wellbeing.
